Returns & Refunds

Thank you for shopping at EnigmexX. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 7-day return policy on eligible items.

Return Eligibility:

• Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be undamaged and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Return Process:

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sasha@enigmexx.com.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return.
3. Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return your item and the return address.
4. Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
5. Ship the item back to us.

Return Shipping Costs:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was shipped.

Exchanges:

• We offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability.
• Please contact our customer support team to request an exchange.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund within 3 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately at sasha@enigmexx.com
• We will provide instructions on how to return the item and will either replace it or issue a full refund.

Incorrectly Shipped Items:

• If you receive the wrong item, please contact our customer support team immediately at sasha@enigmexx.com

• We will provide instructions on how to return the incorrect item and will ship the correct item to you.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

• We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
• If your package is lost or stolen, please contact the carrier to file a claim.
